Long term incentive program 2019-2021 summary

G5 Entertainment has an annual long-term incentive program (LTIP) for a wide range of key employees across the group. The programs are performance share programs where the participants gets awarded performance shares at the start of the program which are translated into ordinary shares at the end of the 3 year period if the performance criteria are met. The current programs have total shareholder return as performance criteria and the employees need to remain employed to be awarded ordinary shares upon settlement.
